We hope you love your EMLN Accessories purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Returns

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Free from hair, makeup, product residue, or other signs of use

For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn or removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and final-sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as EMLN Accessories is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
