Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EMLN Accessories! We carefully prepare and package every order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. EMLN Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. EMLN Accessories is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and items.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. EMLN Accessories is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will assist you with the carrier’s claim process when possible.

Returned Packages

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery, or failure to claim the package may require an additional shipping fee before being resent.

We currently ship within the United States only.
